Abstract

Chapter 10

The set-up of your abstract is completely the same as the rest of your paper. The same margins. And, the exact same font: 12 pt. Times New Roman.  It is the page right after your table of contents. Now, you know how to format it, but you have no idea what to write.

Do not fret, for abstracts are almost like your conclusion. The content is almost exactly the same as your conclusion as mentioned in the previous sentence. It is the summary of all the main ideas in your essay in about a single paragraph. At the bottom of its page, are three to five words that are seen throughout your essay. It would look like, keywords: your words that appear constantly throughout your essay italicized.  Refer to my abstract for clarifications.  And like the conclusion it has its own page.
